Over the weekend, Thomas had the opportunity to participate in the 2007 St. George Marathon.
Tom led the pace pack for most of the race.

His hard work and grueling training paid off. Tom finished the marathon in the incredibly fast time of 3:06:38, a personal record by 10 minutes.
This stellar performance has qualified Tom for the world-famous Boston Marathon . He plans to compete in that event in April 2009. That gives you plenty of time if you want to run it with him. So, start training.

That is amazing! I wish I could run like that. I am proud to know you!
Wow so I have heard of people running marathons, but never have I known someone to do it competitively. I mean if I were to do it my goal would be to finish alive, not to actually beat anyone. Anyway I am impressed. Does that mean you guys will have a family trip to Boston? That would be awesome.
Wowza! You should get little Max (Ashley and Corey's) to join you. Or watch out for some stiff competition. I don't know if you saw on their Ashley + Corey blog, but Max has got a killer regimen for marathon training!
